Picketing abortion clinics?

Exigence:

A district court in New York issued an injunction requested by several abortion clinics to control very aggressive anti-abortion picketing. The injunction established a 15 foot buffer zone around the clinic entrances and anyone entering or leaving them. The appellate court upheld the injunction.
