Stupid Prank or Sexual Harassment?

Exigence:

In a required class newsgroup, an anonymous post publicizes an off-campus webpage. The webpage, called "C-11's Temple of Death," derides Ronnie and Donnie, two students in the class. Among other things, the page says that they are gay and depicts them being raped. Ronnie and Donnie then stop coming to class. When Jack and Jill, the authors of the page, are caught, they are expelled from the University for violating its sexual harassment policy.
