Does grading violate the freedom of speech?

I think that it is great if people that aren't in the class want to be a part of our on-line discussions. There is no harm in hearing what other people have to say. After all it is freedom of speech so we couldn't very well tell someone they can't respond because they aren't in the class. With this leading into the subject of public forums (the internet, in our case, being a public forum), I also think that the hari krishnas are more than welcome to distribute leaflets, chant, and talk to people at airports. I do not think they should be allowed to dance around or be in numbers. If they are in any way preventing people from getting where they need to go or do what they need to do then it's wrong. I guess I'm for free speech with limitations or rules in this instance.
