Sorry I missed your call, I just got back into my office. I would still like to speak with you about this, but I will be out of the office until Monday. (Unless you can still get me today).

Rosalinda, I sent mail to Eric Dahl on Friday, stating who I was and asking to be contacted. As yet no contact has been made, can you tell me why your student refuses to make this contact? This situation could have been resolved much quicker had said contact been made. I know it's not your fault that didn't take place, but, please keep it mind.

Hopefully we can still talk, as there are issues that should be dealt with to prevent such an occurance in the future.
