This course promises to help you reach responsible views on contemporary issues of freedom of speech.

Fri, 5 Jan Take a look at the Hit Man Manual case, the first case your Court will be deciding this quarter. Also examine Near v. Minnesota--the first case for you to read. Finally, there is a collection of advice from last year's students on how to work in groups. Prepare yourself to learn from their mistakes!
