Cynthia McGregor is on the faculty at Northwestern University's School of Music. As the coordinator for sophomore Theory and Aural Skills, she has developed several interactive web-based materials for her students. Her research area includes intensive studies in chromatic harmony in late 19th century opera. Susan Piagentini is the coordinator of the freshman level Theory and Aural Skills curriculum at Northwestern University. Prior to Northwestern, she served on the faculty of Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois and Valley City State University in Valley City, North Dakota.
